Delivery

We use Australia Post and other premium couriers for all deliveries within Australia.

Delivery time is 1-6 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.

Please note that if your parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay re-postage costs. If your purchase is returned to us, we will contact you by email/phone to re-confirm your address and collect postage payment.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied and wish to return your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange or agreed replacement within 28 days receipt of your parcel, as long as the items are unworn and in resalable condition. We do not offer returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’.

Faulty product

All items are inspected before they leave our distribution office to ensure they are in excellent condition. Please note:

• Some items may fade with repeat washing over time.
• Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
